The concept of 24 Karrot Baking started over 15 years ago when head baker and founder Raffi Miller wanted to start a hobby that he could enjoy with friends and family. He discovered the joy that desserts can bring to people and continued to master his skills in the kitchen to create a collection of treats to satisfy the sweet teeth of those close to him.
Throughout the years, Raffi noticed that the dietary needs changed among his family and close friends and he wanted to find a way for them to enjoy his sweet treats while maintaining the dietary lifestyles they followed. This lead to the creation of the 24 Karrot Collection, a group of desserts that use alternative ingredients that fit into different lifestyles.
Natural sweeteners, such as erythritol and stevia, and alternative flours, such as almond and coconut flour, lower the glycemic index of the desserts so diabetics, such as Raffi's dad, can enjoy the desserts without worrying about raising their blood sugar. These desserts also have low net carbs, so Raffi's friends who follow low-carb and keto lifestyles can enjoy sweet treats without worrying about all the carbs that come with the original versions.
After seeing how much his friends and family enjoyed both versions of his desserts, Raffi wanted to share them with everyone, which is how 24 Karrot Baking was born.
24 Karrot Baking is a Homestead Kitchen in New Hampshire and is a family-run business, with the Miller family baking, packaging, and selling the sweet treats that are created. Desserts are made from scratch to order, so it may take a few days to fulfill orders but most orders should be ready within 1 week.
